Terms and Conditions

  • First payment upfront 50% from total price, full payment after final sketch, additional fee after final result
  • NO REFUNDS
  • Refunds can only be asked for in the instance I reached beyond the DL with no updates
  • Price listed are for personal use only
  • Please provide descriptions and/or references through contact
  • Turn around time around 1-4 weeks
  • Revision max 2 times per step, additional revision +5% normal price each time
  • I have the right to decline your commission request for any enclosed reason
  • Payment only to Blu by BCA Digital (INA ONLY) / PayPal
  • I will send PNG files (with and without watermark) through email
  • All finished results will be added to my socials and portfolio unless discussed beforehand

  • Waktu pengerjaan sekitar 1-4 minggu
  • Revisi maksimal 2 kali per langkah, revisi tambahan dikenakan biaya +5% dari harga normal setiap kali
  • Saya berhak menolak permintaan komisi Anda dengan alasan tertentu yang tidak dapat dijelaskan
  • Pembayaran hanya melalui Blu by BCA Digital (HANYA UNTUK INDONESIA) / PayPal
  • Saya akan mengirimkan file PNG (dengan dan tanpa watermark) melalui email
  • Semua hasil akhir akan ditambahkan ke media sosial dan portofolio saya kecuali disepakati sebelumnya
